Titania Solutions Group, Inc. is pleased to announce that its IT Solutions Unit has been appraised at level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)®. The appraisal was performed by T. R. Miller and Associates, LLC.
CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates that processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.
“This appraisal result is a significant demonstration of Titania’s commitment to structure and continuous improvement over time,” said Titania CEO Jodi Johnson. “It also affirms to our customers and partners that Titania holds itself to a stringent high level of quality in performing our work.”
This is Titania’s first appraisal result at level 3, having been previously appraised at level 2. “We built off our level 2 result and continued to improve organizationally in working towards this goal, “ continued Jodi Johnson. “We are excited that these efforts have enabled us to reach this important milestone. However, we also recognize that process improvement is an on-going activity. Titania will leverage the work that led to this result in order to continue to improve and provide even higher levels of service.”
