Titania Solutions Group was selected by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), to provide a wide range of Information Technology (IT) professional services under the Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC). Titania was selected to provide IT services under this $25 Billion multi-award, Indefinite Delivery – Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract within the Small Business, Woman-Owned, and Service Disabled Veteran Owned business categories. SPARC is a follow-on procurement to the previously competed CMS Enterprise Systems Development (ESD) IDIQ contract. Services offered under this vehicle closely align to software development life cycle stages and include requirements management as well as application design, development, testing, and on-going sustainment. The contract award includes a base ordering period of five years plus an optional ordering period for an additional five years and can be employed by any agency within HHS.

“We are excited about our SPARC award and look forward to continuing our support of CMS and their missions,” said Jodi Johnson, Titania’s President and CEO. “SPARC affords Titania and our teammates an opportunity to utilize our expertise and experience in healthcare IT to expand our service offerings throughout HHS.”
