Titania is pleased to announce that Robert Boucher has been added to the leadership team at Titania as Chief Technology Officer.
Robert Boucher brings a broad spectrum of technical and leadership skills to Titania which have been attained in more than 15 years of government and commercial IT contracting experience with an emphasis on the Federal health sector. Most recently, Mr. Boucher was the Chief Information Officer at Buccaneer Computer Systems & Service, Inc. where he managed the company’s internal systems and provided technical leadership on critical projects for its Federal customers. As one of the key Buccaneer employees to help guide the company from its inception to eventual acquisition, his experience with small companies and rapid growth makes him an excellent match for Titania. Mr. Boucher earned a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University.
