Warrenton, VA. It is with great excitement that Titania Solutions Group, Inc. announces the promotion of John C. (“Hib”) Hibbert, III to Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Hibbert will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing Titania operations supporting our federal clients. In addition to overseeing operations, he will be instrumental in establishing comprehensive goals for growth and success, and will continue to promote the company culture and vision. He brings to bear extensive federal services leadership and compelling technical solutions beginning with his time in uniform while serving in the U.S. Army, followed by his contributions to the delivery of valued services in various emerging technology and mission critical programs to federal agencies. He has in-depth experience in large and small organizations, both privately held and publicly traded, and has worked with Titania founders for more than two decades.
Mr. Hibbert has been influential and impactful in helping Titania to achieve its strategic and operational goals since he joined the company in 2014. During the past year, Mr. Hibbert has led the Enterprise Services and Operational Intelligence Division, which has doubled in size, and he is currently supporting emerging technology initiatives at the Federal Aviation Administration.
“John’s contributions have been invaluable to not only driving the growth of the business, but also in supporting our customers with his managerial and technical leadership,” said Jodi Johnson, CEO of Titania. “His expertise, insight, and energy have had a profound and positive effect on the company. John is a trusted advisor and valuable member of my executive team, and I look forward to the ongoing impact he will make as we advance the company in 2019 and beyond.”
Mr. Hibbert replaces Curt LeMar who formerly served in this capacity; Curt has elected to move on to new opportunities. We wish him well in his future endeavors.
