Warrenton, VA. It is with great excitement that Titania Solutions Group, Inc. announces the promotion of John C. (“Hib”) Hibbert, III to Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Hibbert is responsible for leading, managing, and developing Titania operations supporting our federal clients. In addition to overseeing operations, he is instrumental in establishing comprehensive goals for growth and success, and will continue to promote the company culture and vision. He brings to bear extensive federal services leadership and compelling technical solutions beginning with his time in uniform while serving in the U.S. Army, followed by his contributions to the delivery of valued services in various emerging technology and mission critical programs to federal agencies. He has in-depth experience in large and small organizations, both privately held and publicly traded, and has worked with Titania founders for more than two decades.
Mr. Hibbert has been influential and impactful in helping Titania to achieve its strategic and operational goals since he joined the company in 2014. During the past year, Mr. Hibbert has led the Enterprise Services and Operational Intelligence Division, which has doubled in size, and he is currently supporting emerging technology initiatives at the Federal Aviation Administration.
