Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC)

In June 2016, Titania was awarded a multi-year contract to deliver IT professional services to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as well as other Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) agencies under the $25B multi-award, IDIQ Strategic Partners Acquisition Readiness Contract (SPARC). Titania won awards within the Small Business, Woman-Owned, and Service Disabled Veteran-Owned socioeconomic categories. The contract includes a base ordering period of 5 years plus an optional additional 5 years. The contract can be used by any agency within HHS providing the services closely align to software development life cycle stages including requirements management as well as application design, development, testing, and on-going sustainment.

The Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a ten (10) year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract is intended to provide information technology (IT) solutions and services as defined in FAR 2.101(b) and further clarified in the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. These IT solutions and services include, but are not limited to, health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements.
